• Medical Insurance
  Staffing Innovations offers Blue Cross group medical insurance for employees and dependents. Presently, both PPO and HMO plans are offered. Employees are responsible for 100% of their insurance premiums. Coverage is effective the first of the month following one full month of employment.
   
• Dental Insurance
  Staffing Innovations offers Blue Cross group dental insurance for employees and dependents. Presently, both a PPO and HMO plans are offered. Employees are responsible for 100% of their insurance premiums. Coverage is effective the first of the month following one full month of employment. 



• Life Insurance
  Staffing Innovations offers $50,000.00 and $100,000.00 member life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance to all employees. Employees are eligible at time of hire to participate. Employees are responsible for 100% of their insurance premiums. Coverage is effective the first of the month following one full month of employment. 



• Profit Sharing Plan
  You become eligible to participate in any Profit Sharing contributions upon completion of One Year of Service. Upon completion of the one year of service, you will enter the plan on the following January 1st or July 1st. 



• The 125 "Cafeteria" Plan
  allows consultants to contribute funds before taxes to an account that may be used for medical, dental or life insurance expenses solely at the direction of the consultant. 



• The 401(k) Plan
  offers a way for consultants to contribute pre-tax dollars to a retirement plan, with eligibility on the first month following 15 working days of employment.
